Stephanie Segal is an Organisational Consultant with an MA in Consultation and the Organisation and has studied the Systemic Approach to Organisations, Children and Families. She is a qualified counsellor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations, the Association for Coaching, the Adlerian Society and Institute for Individual Psychology, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), BACP Coaching, EMCC UK, BACP Registrant, EMCC European Individual Accreditation Senior Practitioner and an OPUS Associate. Stephanie is a visiting lecturer at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, has experience as an Interim Chief Executive and Senior Manager – Education, Social Care, Health, Children and Families and Families Proceedings, an excellent knowledge of current strategic issues with specific expertise in Children and Families, Education, Learning Disabilities, Child Protection, Safeguarding, Mental Health, Health Inequalities, Domestic Violence, Community Consultation and Partnership working.
Stephanie is an experienced organisational development consultant, trainer, executive coach, supervisor, visiting lecturer and facilitator . She has developed on-going leadership programmes include Action Learning Sets, Awaydays, team building, 360 degree feedback, organisational development, executive coaching and mentoring, one to one and group supervision, culture change and multi-cultural consultancies. Stephanie is currently coaching Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, Hospital Doctors, NHS managers, Assistant Directors of Nursing, CEO’s of charities, Social Care managers and lawyers. She is facilitating Action Learning Sets for senior leaders in Education, the NHS, Social Care, the charity sector and international bodies.
