Stephanie Segal Consultancy Ltd. is an organisational consultancy. We are accredited, registered consultants and trainers for local authorities, Government Departments, the NHS, professional bodies, national and multi-national companies, educational and voluntary organisations (50+).
We are Diversity specialists. Consultancies cover valuing diversity, strategic leadership and management development, change management with a major emphasis on valuing diversity strategically and appropriate service delivery. This has included consultation on the Amendment to the Race Relations Act, developing Race Equality Schemes, Impact Assessment and developing appropriate diversity training for all staff.
We regularly train managers and staff on Valuing Diversity, Discrimination Legislation, Recruitment and Selection, Induction, Racial and Sexual Harassment, Bullying and Harassment, Supervision, Counselling, Mediation Skills and Performance Management.
We also have considerable experience in leadership and management development which has included developing mentoring and coaching programmes, the coaching and organisational role analysis of managers in the public sector, developing Action Learning Sets and facilitating staff teams in resolving difficulties with specialised experience in Social Services.
